Mirror - CURTA-INS, GREGORY
Qpr want Italy legend Alessandro Costacurta as their new manager.
His appointment would spell Costa-curtains for current Rangers boss John Gregory at Loftus Road.
The Championship club is being driven now by F1 tycoons Flavio Briatore and Bernie Ecclestone after their takeover.
And the duo have identified former AC Milan defender Costacurta, 41, as the boss they want after talks in London.
Costacurta, (right), who won 59 Italy caps, speaks English fluently - and is eager to move into management.
Briatore is also hoping for help from Arsene Wenger this season by borrowing some of Arsenal's young stars - such as 17-year-old Fran Merida. Mirror
