Daily Mail - Tottenham's hot prospect starting to fly
Tottenham's youngster Dean Parrett could force his way into the first team squad before the year is out.
The highly rated midfielder, who turns 16 tomorrow, was impressive for the reserves in a 1-1 draw with Ipswich this week.
Parrett will become a full-time trainee at Tottenham only in the summer of 2008.
The Londoner has already played for QPR's Under-18s side and has represented England at Under-16 level.
Parrett was signed from QPR last season in a deal which could be worth £2million.
Chelsea were also interested but the youngster decided to move to White Hart Lane

As noted earlier today on QPR Report:
Dean Parrett - Playing for Spurs Reserves in Training ground game against Ipswich - "...Our reserve team was inches away from victory in a competitive training ground friendly against Ipswich Town on Tuesday. Young midfielder Dean Parrett burst through onto Joe Martin's pass with two minutes left and the scoreline at 1-1, managed to lift the ball over keeper Shane Supple only to see it come back off the crossbar....Parrett almost capped an impressive second half display with that late winner but a draw was about right.
