DAMIEN DELANEY wants QPR’s new foreign stars to pull their weight.
Delaney hit out at midfield duo Dani Parejo and Emmanuel Ledesma for failing to take care of their defensive duties in last week’s 3-0 thrashing by Sheffield United.
Mega-rich Rangers host Doncaster today and Delaney said: “We had a lot of creativity with Ledesma and Parejo. They are good going forward.
“But the other side of the game is to shore up the back. It’s annoying.
“My job gets harder as people aren’t doing the things we spoke about on Friday in the hotel, Saturday morning and before kick-off." The Sun

Samuel Di Carmine is being lined up for a starting place in the Rangers side.
There is at least one good reason for including the young Italian; his main attribute is exactly what QPR require.
Many believe what Rangers need most up front is that elusive 20-goal striker.
Of course a prolific scorer and complete forward would be very useful. But a top requirement for a QPR striker this season will be movement - the ability to link up with and create space for Rangers’ array of matchwinning attacking midfielders.
This Rangers squad has goals in it, they just may not come from one striker.
Akos Buzsaky is closing in on a return and proved last season that he can score goals in the Championship.
Lee Cook is a goal threat and Emmanuel Ledesma would already have at least a couple of goals to his name with a little more luck.

Martin Rowlands has also proved he can find the net when given licence to get forward, while Dani Parejo loves to get into dangerous areas and Rowan Vine will join the list of attacking options when he eventually returns from injury.
Angelo Balanta is an emerging talent and another player who is more of a threat playing just off the front.
This is the area Rangers are strongest in – stronger than any other team in the Championship. And it’s a pretty good area to be strong in.
They boast the kind of attacking players opposing defences truly hate.
Most defenders much prefer having an out-and-out striker or two to deal with. It poses much more straightforward questions for them than players running at them or into space.
In the longer-term, a bog standard 4-4-2 won’t be practical for Rangers.
Rowlands has now joined their midfield options after serving a ban and when Buzsaky and ultimately Vine are available, Rangers will have even more attacking midfield firepower.
So the main task for a front man – possibly a lone striker – may well be to make sure Rangers make their quality count by getting their key players into the box and within sight of goal.
Dexter Blackstock, who I like and would love to see flourish at Rangers, isn’t suited to that role at all. Neither is Patrick Agyemang.
I haven’t seen much of Di Carmine but what is obvious is that a big aspect of his game is his movement. It’s his stand-out attribute.
His game is all about picking up space, moving across the front and asking the kind of questions defenders hate to be asked.
Do they risk letting him roam unmarked or do they go with him and risk leaving a gaping gap for someone else?
Neither choice should be a safe one against Rangers’ attacking midfield talent. That may make Di Carmine an important player this season.
Vine could also lead the front line, but he will be out for some time yet and in any case can play in other attacking positions.
This weekend the club will mark the first anniversary of the death of Ray Jones, who would have been ideal for the role and I’m sure would have made the position his own.
His death put football into perspective but in purely football terms, he was certainly a major loss.
Of the current set of forwards, Di Carmine could well be a useful option.
It’s hard to judge how he will fare in the Championship and whether his all-round game is good enough, but he is definitely a player who will force defenders to make some awful decisions simply because of the type of forward he is.
That’s exactly what Rangers need up front; someone to drag defenders out of position for the team’s star players to hit the space. It may be the key to QPR’s season.
Those who have seen him so far will immediately have noticed that Di Carmine is very neat and tidy and uses the ball well.
If he plays some part against Doncaster on Saturday - and it looks like he will - regardless of how he performs, notice how rarely he is marked.
As soon as he is picked up by a defender he will move on and try his luck elsewhere. He is never static and for this Rangers team, that type of striker is crucial.
He is likely to fade from games and only time will tell whether he has goals in him and will be a threat to defences in his own right.
But he will definitely be difficult to keep tabs on and, more importantly, he should make the likes of Cook, Ledesma and Rowlands even harder to track.
Throw Buzsaky into the equation and Rangers may have a winning formula that doesn't include a 20-goal striker. BBC606

FB: I think it’s very difficult to understand why we need a thousand people to run two cars. This is my philosophy, it’s too many. We are racing. Everybody forgets what the public wants. I don’t see so many people from the public interested in our gearbox. I don’t see so many people interested in Fernando’s suspension. I don’t see the public going crazy about Fernando’s brakes or Kubica’s. I think we have all generations of press, media, IQ but they always ask the same questions. I think this is wrong. The world has changed, we are in the entertainment business as well. We are not in the mechanical engineering business. The money is coming from the commercial side from marketing.
