Holloway Bemoans Difficulties Posed by New Transfer Rules

Holloway on New Transfer Rules

Sporting Life
QPR boss Ian Holloway claims the new transfer rules are making his job almost impossible.
Clubs are no longer allowed to trade throughout the season and the revised regulations are affecting teams like Rangers, who have significant injury problems, particularly badly.
"The transfer rules are killing us and it is making life very, very difficult," he said.
"It's the first season this has happened and I'm finding it very hard to juggle.
"In the past you could bring in a player on loan if you had injury problems, regardless of when it was in the season, but not any more."http://www.sportinglife.com/football/nationwide1/news/story_get.cgi?STORY_NAME=nonwire_soccer/05/12/14/manual_144746.html
