Ex-QPR Mark Hateley Turns 45

-
Mark Hateley: Born November 7, 1961.
Hateley had a great football career. Unfortunately his time at QPR was not a happy one. Signed by Ray Wilkins in October 1995 - as a late replacement for Les Ferdinand, for a then club record, 1.5 million pounds. Unfortunately Hateley was injured when he signed and it was a few weeks before he made his debut. He scored only a few goals for QPR that season and after QPR' relegation, scored once before being loaned and then sold to Leeds.
[NB: Mark Hateley is the son of Tony Hateley, the ex-Notts County, Chelsea, Liverpool, Birmingham forward. When Tony Hately made his Birmingham debut in 1969/1970,it was against QPR, and the forward destroyed QPR and Bert Murray scored a hatrick in Birmingham's 3-0 victory)
