Teamtalk- Gregory bemoans small Rs squad
QPR boss John Gregory admits the club have been relying on a small group of players since his arrival.
Gregory has dragged Rangers off the foot of the Championship and out of the relegation zone after taking charge in September, but the former Aston Villa manager knows his squad lacks depth.
Gregory said: "We have quite a long injury list, and a number of people who are not involved at the moment.
"There have been six or seven players who have carried the weight of the club on their shoulders, and have played almost every game.
"Lee Cook has been vital for us, while Kevin Gallen - who is really a forward - has helped out in central midfield, and Michael Mancienne - who is really a centre-back - has been playing at right-back.
"We don't have another right-back who is fit - or good enough. We are just having to get on with, but we will take a deep breath and get on with our work."
