Ex-QPR (and everyone else) Goalie, John Burridge - Turns 55: Born December 3, 1951
Signed by Terry Venables in December 1980 from Crystal Palace for 200,000 to replace Chris Woods (who went on to play for England). Played 39 games for QPR before being dropped, unhappy over QPR's artificial surface. Burridge was replaced by QPR reserve goalie Peter Hucker...and QPR went on to the FA Cup Final. Burridge was sold to Wolves in August 1982.
