As a fan of QPR during his schoolboy days, Pearce has not forgotten what it is like to pay to watch his heroes - which is why he is so delighted with City's decision to attract more young fans.

HANWELL TOWN'S chances of climbing away from the relegation places in Division One South and West have been enhanced by the return of leading goal scorer Keith Rowlands.
Rowlands, who has scored 265 goals in his 331 appearances for the club, underwent an ankle operation in late October and has been out of action ever since. He is part of a family dynasty at Hanwell. All four of his brothers, Adam, Republic of Ireland International Martin (who is now playing for QPR), Antony, and Stephen have donned the club's colours.
Their dad Arthur, along with Adam, are responsible for the club's excellent playing surface.
Hanwell also enhanced their squad this week with former Wealdstone and Hillingdon Borough goalkeeper, 21-year-old John Armand and defender Stephen Gallen. Gallen, now 33 years old, is a brother of former Queens Park Rangers, Huddersfield Town and Barnsley forward Kevin Gallen. This is Wiltshire
