QPR's Jake Cole Speaking About His Hopes

-
Daily Mail - Steve Martin - Wolves 2 QPR 0

"....Keogh finally ended his Molineux goal drought to ease Wolves's nerves after finding a way past inspired Rangers keeper Jake Cole.
Rookie Cole produced heroics to keep out Keogh's initial effort but the former Leeds trainee displayed excellent awareness to put away the rebound.
And Michael Kightly secured the points that keeps Mick McCarthy's men in the play-offs, after keeper Cole had performed more acrobatics to ensure the score stayed down.
Cole was only making his first league appearance of the year but hopes he has done enough to convince boss John Gregory he can survive a mass summer clearout.
He said: "Hopefully I've proven my point to the manager, that was the plan. I've shown him I'm capable and can do well.
"I've got to wait and see if they sign a keeper, if they don't then hopefully I get the chance.
"If I'm not playing I'd like to go out on loan, get some experience and come back fresh. All I want is a chance to show I can play for this team
