Gregory on "Inherit[ing] a lot of rubbish" & Coming Backroom Additions

QPR Official Site - A CLEAN SLATE

John Gregory insists it's time to forget the recent past and focus on the immediate future at QPR.
The R's gaffer is determined to improve upon last season's 18th place finish and as such, he believes it is of paramount importance to start the new campaign with a clean slate.
"It's very much a clean slate for everyone connected to QPR,'' he told www.qpr.co.uk.
"I inherited a lot of rubbish right the way through this Club, but as much as I wanted to change things, at the time, the focus was entirely upon guaranteeing our safety.
"We've done that and now we can start to build for the future - there can be no excuses anymore.''
Part of Gregory's rebuilding process will include changes to his backroom team.
"There will be a few staffing additions,'' he said.
"I'll be sitting down with Warren Neill, but there are others I'm hoping to add to my backroom team too.

"For instance, we need to replace (Head Physiotherapist) Prav Mathema, so it's going to be a busy summer.'' QPR
