This is Hampshire/Gordon Simpson - Wotte will only focus on QPR game
- MARK Wotte is refusing to look past Saturday’s clash with QPR, as Saints enter a crucial four-match period in their bid for survival.
- Saints host the London club, who are in terrible form, at St Mary’s this weekend.
- After that, they will visit fellow strugglers Blackpool in the first of three six-pointers.
- Following their trip to the Tangerines, Saints will face Charlton at home and then play their rearranged fixture with Watford at Vicarage Road.
- That is a spell that will undoubtedly define Saints’ season and one they almost certainly need to pick up a couple of wins from.
- With teams at the bottom beginning to bunch up – only three points separate Saints and the three teams above them – the relegation battle is reaching a critical stage.
- But Wotte has no intention of looking too far ahead.
- All the Dutchman is interested in is taking three points on Saturday.
