BBC - Shots boss dismisses Luton rumour
- Aldershot manager Gary Waddock says he is happy in his position amid speculation linking him to the vacant manager's position at Luton Town.
- Hatters' boss Mick Harford left the Blue Square Premier club by mutual consent last week.
- Waddock, who played 153 times for Luton, told BBC Surrey: "I'm extremely happy and under contract. I'm extremely pleased with what we're doing here.
- "Rumour and speculation in this football world is incredible."
- He added: "There'll be loads of people put forward for the job.
- "I'm disappointed for Mick Harford and the situation that he faced during the time he was in charge. He had to put up with a hell of a lot and I thought he did an extremely good job." BBC
