Daily Mail "...There is still a tribunal hearing over his exit — sparked by the loan of a player without his approval — to come. Successful cases brought recently by Alan Curbishley and Kevin Keegan won’t have done his chances any harm...."
-[Sousa] "...As I see it, I work for the club but really I work for the players. If I can develop them, the team will develop, too. I invest time in them....I’m lucky here that I’m given the chance to do it my way. This was the first thing we talked about when I came to the club. It’s very important. ‘When you have different ways, the players become confused, so it must be only one way, and the leadership has to from the manager and not other people..."

Gorman eyes "big month" for QPR
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/q/qpr/8381628.stm?
Former England assistant Gorman is happy to be back in football
Assistant manager John Gorman thinks Queens Park Rangers' season could be shaped by a month of tough fixtures leading into the Christmas period.
Following Saturday's match at home to Coventry, the Super Hoops play six times in December.
They are currently sixth in the Championship table, and Gorman told BBC London 94.9: "This is a big month moving into the festive period.
"Games are coming up fast and furious and we've got a local derby coming up."
He continued: "That game (away to Watford on 7 December) after the Middlesbrough home match is nice because it's three games in London coming up."
However, Gorman thinks the addition of loan signings Steven Reid from Blackburn and Tom Williams from Peterborough will give the Rangers squad the strength in depth needed to compete for automatic promotion.
That has been needed, after losing two key players in Martin Rowlands and Gavin Mahon through injury.
"The boss and myself talked about bringing in new faces," he said. "We've had a chance of bringing in one or two loan players, but we've a little worrying doubt with Steven Reid for the weekend after he picked up a bit of a knock.
"We've been very unlucky with injuries, we've lost some very influential players but we've never made it an excuse. We've just continued every week, we've accepted it.
"Losing players like Martin Rowlands and Gavin Mahon was a big blow to us but we've managed to keep playing well even without those players.
"We're happy with the players we've got and we want to go into these next two games (at home to Coventry on Saturday, and Middlesbrough on 5 December) and get back to winning ways."

On-loan midfielder Steven Reid has admitted he is loving life at new club Queens Park Rangers.
The 28-year-old is looking to get some first-team football under his belt after being sent on a month's loan to Loftus Road by parent club Blackburn Rovers.
Reid missed almost all of last season with a serious knee injury and was allowed to leave Ewood Park for a short period so he can build up his fitness.
Although Rangers lost 2-0 to Doncaster on Reid's debut for the club, he expressed his delight at his return to league football.
He told skysports.com: "The result was really disappointing, but I can't explain how great it is to be back playing league football on a Saturday instead of shopping with the missus or watching Soccer Saturday on TV.
"I've played a couple of games in the Carling Cup for Blackburn, but it's not the same as being out there in the league at the weekend.
"It did feel a bit weird at first, simply because I've been at Blackburn so long.
"I know everyone there, all the players, the staff, the people in the office, and so you become a bit like a part of the furniture.
"The lads here have been brilliant though, and I had the usual initiation on the way up to Doncaster. We were stuck in a bit of traffic and a few of them thought it would be a good time to switch the microphone on and get me up to sing a song."
QPR's next game is a clash with Coventry City in the Championship on Saturday as they look to establish themselves in the play-off positions.
