- Queens Park Rangers Football Club is delighted to announce the permanent signing of Tommy Smith for an undisclosed fee from Portsmouth.
- The 30 year old has put pen-to-paper on a two-and-a-half year contract at Loftus Road, after the R's activated an option in Smith's loan agreement to make his summer switch a permanent one in January.
- Smith has made eight starts and nine substitute appearances for the R's in his time in W12, scoring four goals.
