Lewes 0, Havant and Waterlooville 1.
Lewes completed their pre-season with a good run-out in a 1-0 defeat at home to Havant and Waterlooville.
The only goal of the game was a fortunate effort from former Lewes defender Ian Simpemba on 66 minutes.
Brett Poate floated a ball into the penalty area which Lewes goalkeeper Dean Ruddy punched straight on to the head of Simpemba and back into the net.
Despite the scoreline, Lewes could take positives from the game, most notably the performance of James Fraser, who was making his debut after signing on loan from Bristol Rovers....
As well as a first outing for Fraser, Lewes gave a bow to trialist Baidoo, the former Queens Park Rangers striker who came on at half-time.
Havant included three players from the Rooks’ title-winning squad of last season – Simpemba, Gary Holloway and Conroy.
Manager Kevin Keehan used 19 players and will take heart from the performance just a week before the Blue Square premier opener away to Kidderminster.

Cheltenham Town suffered their first friendly defeat of the summer at Oxford United, going down to Jamie Guy’s first half brace.
With neither Shane Duff (thigh) nor midfielder Scott Brown (bruised leg) risked, Cheltenham’s squad looked woefully short of strength in depth with the start of the new campaign fast approaching.
It was a disappointing display from Keith Downing’s men and the Robins boss has less than a week to bring in the reinforcements that are so desperately needed before the new League One season kicks off.
%Cheltenham made a sluggish start against their Blue Square Premier opponents, who threatened immediately.
Guy dribbled past several half-hearted challenges from Robins defenders and only a last ditch intervention from Michael Townsend prevented Oxford from taking the lead inside a minute.
Former Bristol Rovers winger Lewis Haldane forced Shane Higgs into action with an awkward shot that bounced just in front of the goalkeeper after 10 minutes.
Trialist Richard Langley fired a shot over the bar as Cheltenham gradually began to come to life in what is likely to be the first team’s final warm-up match before next week’s curtain raiser at Northampton Town.
Former QPR, Cardiff City and Luton Town midfielder Langley showed some useful touches, but Cheltenham’s approach play lacked imagination and they were made to look very predictable in the final third...."

Blackpool Gazeette/Steve Canavan- lose again - and new boy injured
DANIEL Nardiello limped off just seven minutes into his debut as Blackpool lost 1-0 at Tranmere.
Nardiello came on as a 65th minute substitution but pulled up on 72 minutes and had to sit out the remainder of the game with an injury to his left leg.Because Pool had already used all seven outfield subs they had to complete the last 18 minutes with 10 men.
It was yet another blow for Simon Grayson, who has already admitted he has never seen so many players get injured during a pre-season campaign.
Nardiello joins Shaun Barker, Steve Kabba and Stephen Crainey on the casualty list.
It didn't ge much better on the pitch as the Seasiders failed to win for the sixth friendly game on the row....
Pool played some decent football and had a couple of fine openings. Tranmere keeper John Achterberg made a brilliant pint blank range stop from fit-again Ian Evatt, who was skipper on the day.
Zesh Rehman made his Pool debut and enjoyed more good fortune than Nardiello. Rehman came on as a 60th minute substitute and slotted into the back four comfortably...

Blackpool Official Site Zesh Looking To Impress
New loan signing Zesh Rehman says he 'just can't wait to get started' after officially joining the club yesterday.
The Pakistan international captain arrives at Bloomfield Road initially on a six-month loan deal and is hoping to impress in his time at the Seaside.
The 24-year-old, who began his career at Fulham, could even earn a full-time move to the Seasiders if he impresses manager Simon Grayson.
When Zesh was asked by the official website how he felt about the move, he replied: "I'm very pleased to be fair. I spoke to Simon Grayson about the club and what his plans are and I'm really impressed - I just can't wait to get started.
"I'm looking forward to helping the club in whatever way I can. I've played in a few different positions and, wherever the gaffer needs me to play, I'll be more than happy to do that, and then we'll assess it after the six months and take it from there."
His versatility factor could come as an added bonus to the manager given that he can play at centre-back, right-back - and even in midfield, if needed.
With many players equally adept at playing at centre-back, Zesh is looking forward to the challenge of trying to establish himself at the heart of the Pool defence.
He said: "At any club there is always a challenge to get in the side - I don't think anyone is guaranteed a place - so hopefully, once I've got the shirt, I'll do my best to keep it." Blackpool

Promotion favourites QPR slumped to their third consecutive pre-season defeat.
Erjan Bogdai and Simone Bentivoglio netted for Chievo before Dexter Blackstock's penalty after a foul on new signing Matteo Alberti.
Rangers' billionaire owners Bernie Ecclestone and Flavio Briatore will demand better in the league campaign. But manager Iain Dowie said: "I haven't been told we've got to win promotion this season.

Chievo earned a prestigious 2-1 victory in London against Queens Park Rangers to stun Loftus Road.
The Flying Donkeys are well behind QPR in terms of pre-season training, but still managed to take a 2-0 lead.
Just five minutes in, Kaspars Gorkss needed a goalline clearance to deny Antimo Iunco's delicate chip and then Damien Delaney's goal was disallowed for a foul.
On 30 minutes Erjon Bogdani tapped in Iunco's cheeky pass from close range, as the former Verona midfielder continued to inspire his squad.
On the hour mark Chievo made it 2-0 with Bentivoglio's trademark screamer from 20 yards as a corner kick came out to the Italians.
QPR almost wasted the chance to get one back, as when Alberti was brought down, Blackstock saw his first penalty saved by Lorenzo Squizzi. Fortunately for him, it was retaken because of encroachment and this time he converted.
