Blackpool boss Simon Grayson will be looking to build on their recent good form by strengthening his squad when the transfer window opens in January.
One of his aims will be to secure the services of long-term loan players Wes Hoolahan and Ian Evatt. Indications are that Hoolahan is likely to sign, but there are doubts about Evatt. Blackpool Citizen

"DEFENDERS tend to get better with age. Usually they don't peak until their late 20s, when they still have their pace but have also accrued the experience that makes them worldly-wise and able to deal with most situations a football game can throw at them.
Which is why the current form of Shaun Barker and Ian Evatt is so encouraging.
Age-wise the pair are still at the beginning of their careers.
But they have already started almost 300 league games between them – and considering Barker is 24 and Evatt just a year older, that is an impressive record.
One man who reckons the pair have long and successful careers ahead of them is Michael Jackson....
"The team feels really solid and it's a pleasure to be part of the defence at the moment – and I think Ian and Shaun are really good young players," he said.
"Considering they are both so young it means they've still got a lot of room to improve as well, and that's great when you consider how good they already are.
"Both of them are good enough to play at a higher level. I really believe that because they are very good on a consistent basis and they don't make many mistakes which is all you can ask for in a defender.
