Mancienne Loan Extended Two Months

QPR have reached agreement with Chelsea to extend the loan deal of up-and-coming defender Michael Mancienne.
Mancienne has penned a two month extension to his current loan deal, which was due to expire after tonight's clash with Cardiff City at Ninian Park.
Speaking from the team hotel in Cardiff, gaffer John Gregory told www.qpr.co.uk: "It's fantastic news.
"He's been the ultimate professional since he arrived here a month ago.
"He's playing slightly out of position for us at right back, but he's doing such a great job that it enables us to get more stability along the back four.
"His enthusiasm and hunger is second to none and I'm just grateful to Jose Mourinho and Chelsea Football Club for allowing us to get the benefit of his undoubted talent.''
Mancienne is expected to retain his place in the R's starting XI, when Rangers lock horns with the league leaders, live on Sky Sports tonight.
