New R's owner Flavio Briatore has ruled out bringing Fabio Capello to Loftus Road

Ha da poco rilevato il Queen's Park Rangers e Flavio Briatore già sta pensando al tecnico da ingaggiare. Tra i papabili anche Fabio Capello a patto che l'allenatore di Pieris sia disponibile gratis. "E' uno degli italiani più bravi - ha commentato - Se viene volentieri, però non lo pago, perché altrimenti dovrei vendere la squadra". Scherzi a parte, il club, ha assicurato, sarà gestito tenendo d'occhio il bilancio.
La possibilità è allettante, d'altronde Flavio Briatore è uno abituato a vincere. Vero che di solito ha mietuto successi in Formula 1, ma da quando ha rilevato il Queens Park Rangers potrebbe presto approntare una strategia vincente anche nel calcio. E allora da dove iniziare? Certamente dal tecnico: il tm della Renault starebbe, infatti, pensando a Fabio Capello come possibile allenatore. Perché l'accordo possa essere realizzato, però, nel contratto del tecnico di Pieris dovrebbe esserci una clausola che obbliga Capello ad allenare gratis. Il motivo? Lo ha spiegato lo stesso Briatore: "Altrimenti dovrei vendere la squadra". Difficile che Capello accetti e, dunque, il neo proprietario del club inglese sarà costretto a ripiegare altrove.
A tal proposito il tm ha spiegato anche come intende gestire la società: "Noi abbiamo vinto alla Renault con un budget del 50% inferiore a chi ha perso il Mondiale. Noi continuiamo a operare così. I Qpr - ha detto Briatore - hanno fatto una partita e hanno perso 3-0. Peggio di cosi...D'ora in avanti potranno solo migliorare. Adesso la squadra va rinforzata, noi siamo venuti una settimana fa.
