UPDATE: Reportedly - according to messageboard posters, Vine broke his leg, but it's not yet been officially announced.
QPR Official Site VINE INJURED
Rowan Vine has been taken to Hospital after suffering what appears to be a serious leg injury in training this morning (Thursday).
The 25-year-old striker picked up the injury towards the end of the training session as the players were getting ready for Saturday's home match with Preston North End.
The seriousness of it is unknown at this stage as the Club awaits further news from the Hospital.

QPR Official Site - YOUTH TEAM PHYSIO APPOINTED
John Urwin has joined Queens Park Rangers Football Club in the role of Youth Team Physiotherapist.
The 26 year-old (pictured, left), who will be solely responsible for the medical needs of the Club's Centre of Excellence department, was previously a trainee at York City.
He has degrees in Physiotherapy and Sports Science, and was previously employed by Charlton Athletic Football Club.
R's Head Physiotherapist Paul Hunter welcomed Urwin on board, telling www.qpr.co.uk: "John was the outstanding candidate for the job and we're delighted to welcome him to QPR.
"Our ethos within the medical department is to prevent injury and by bringing a third man on board, we are able to maximise our resources.
"Shane (Annun), who was previously working with both the senior squad and the Centre of Excellence boys, will now work closer with the First Team, allowing us to give our senior injured players our maximum attention in a bid to get them back to full fitness as quickly as possible.
"I am hugely grateful to the Board for allowing me to add to my Department - this really underlines their intentions to improve all areas of this Football Club." QPR
Earlier this morning, the club issued its "normal" injury news report, when things were far less serious.
QPR Official Site - TALKING WOUNDED
Martin Rowlands is expected to return to the R's starting XI against Preston North End on Saturday, after the midfielder came through last weekend's 0-0 draw versus Ipswich Town unscathed.
The midfield maestro was only fit enough to take his place on the bench for the trip to Portman Road, but having played over half an hour without any repercussions of the neck injury he sustained at Wolves seven days earlier, the 29 year-old has been declared fit to start against the Lilywhites this weekend.
Speaking exclusively to www.qpr.co.uk, R's Head Physio Paul Hunter gave us the latest from the treatment table, commenting: "Martin came off against Wolves with a neck complaint and after only returning to full training last Friday, it was decided that it was in Martin's best interests that he start on the bench.
"Thankfully, when he came on, he did a fantastic job and more importantly, didn't suffer any setbacks and as a result, he will be in contention for a starting berth on Saturday."
It's a race against time for this weekend's fixture where fellow R's midfielder Akos Buzsaky is concerned.
The Magical Magyar sustained an ankle injury whilst on international duty with Hungary last week and after missing our goalless draw against the Tractor Boys, the 25 year-old now faces intensive rehabilitation as he aims to be fit for the visit of Alan Irvine's men to W12 on Saturday.
"Akos aggravated his ankle on international duty," Hunter told www.qpr.co.uk.
"The Ipswich fixture came far too early for him, but we'll continue to monitor his progress in a bid to get him ready for Preston this weekend."
Meanwhile, Jake Cole is progressing nicely following recent elbow surgery.
The R's goalkeeper has been sidelined for the last month or so, but is now well on the road to recovery, as Hunter explained: "Jake is back in light training and is making excellent progress.
"He should return to full training in the not too distant future and then it's just a case of working on his match sharpness ahead of a potential return to the First Team squad." QPR
