JIMMY SMITH is hoping to follow in the footsteps of his two mates and sporting idols.
The 20-year-old is on loan from Chelsea and while his friends are chasing a quartet of the game's biggest prizes, he has a more modest aim.
The elegant midfielder has six goals in his loan spell, but his scrambled 51st-minute winner after City keeper Andy Marshall made two superb saves could be the most important.

It made it three wins out of four for John Gregory's men as they bid to stay in the Championship and for Smith it might also mean a return to the big boys down the road in west London.
He said: "I've been at Chelsea since I was eight and that's all I knew before I came here. When I go back there they say they're looking out for me and watching how we're doing. They want me to do well.
"I don't know what will happen at the end of the season, it's all up in the air at the moment.
"But John Terry is a real role model for me. He was sent out on loan at the same stage in his career and look at him now.
"I'm delighted to have managed six goals because that's something I've had to work on. Frank Lampard is someone I watch very closely because he plays in the same position as me and is one of the best scorers in the game.
"This was a very big game for us and everyone turned in a great performance. We believe we have the quality in the squad that if we perform to our potential then we will get the results we need.
"The manager is so positive and it's rubbed off - we all believe we can do it. There are no negative vibes in the dressing room at all."
Coventry had enjoyed the better of the first half and only Lee Camp prevented them from taking the lead as he made three excellent stops in the QPR goal.
But City paid the price for not taking their opportunities when Smith followed up on two excellent saves from Marshall in a matter of seconds and made it third time lucky.
It was a second successive defeat for Coventry, who will be hoping to end that run at leaders Derby today. Mirror

Jimmy Smith's goal eased Rangers' relegation fears, though midfielder Gareth Ainsworth pinpointed today's "six-pointer" with Luton as the real test.
"This was always going to be a close game against Coventry," admitted Ainsworth. "It will mean nothing if we can't get a result against Luton." Smith, on loan from Chelsea, scored the only goal just after half-time when he followed up Paul Furlong's parried shot. Rangers goalkeeper Lee Camp played his part with a string of saves to deny Khalilou Fadiga, Elliott Ward and Adam Virgo.
Coventry manager Iain Dowie said his side's disappointing display was something he had not seen coming.

And snippet from Saturday's Mirror! - KUNG-FU KICKING 07/04/2007
FOR a club caught up in a kung-fu kicking mass brawl with the Chinese Olympic team earlier this season, QPR's choice of half-time entertainment on Tuesday was somewhat ironic.
They treated fans to... a martial arts demonstration! Mirror
