"....[Steven] King has also unveiled former Fulham, Hibernian and Bristol Rovers midfielder Justin Skinner as his new assistant.
Skinner, 38, was reserve team manager at Queens Park Rangers last season and coached at Chelsea's academy before that.
King said: "Justin has a wealth of experience. He has played for some top clubs, he managed QPR Reserves last year and he has got his coaching badges. He has played non-league as well so he knows both sides of the fence which is very important. I am happy to have him on board." The Argus

PAUL FURLONG - Luton Official Site FURLONG READY FOR ACTION
Paul Furlong has insisted that he hasn't come to Luton Town to make up the numbers after signing a one-year contract at Kenilworth Road.
The experienced front man will be 39 in October but, despite his age, the former QPR striker still feels he has plenty to offer.
And Furlong has insisted he wants to play a key role in helping Luton bounce straight back into the Championship.
Talking to Hatters World, Furlong said: "At my age offers don't come flooding in like they used to, but thankfully Kevin Blackwell has showed plenty of faith in myself.
"I am here to be part of things. I don't just want to make the numbers up. I want to be part of a Club that are trying to achieve things."
Furlong has a football career spanning over 17 years and has clocked up more than 550 appearances for six different clubs.
But despite coming to the end of his career, Furlong remained confident that he would be handed the chance to gain one last shot for glory after being released by QPR.

Furlong added: "I always knew that the Club's who might be interested would minimise, but I always felt that I would get something.

"This move is not far from home for me so it's not a major upheaval and I want to come here and do very well.
"The ambitions for the Club are very high and that is what I want. I'm sure they don't want to spend long in League One so I want to be part of a squad that is looking for promotion."
And Furlong is looking forward to teaming up with Kevin Blackwell, who he played under when the Hatters boss was assistant manager at Sheffield United.
"I know Kevin is a very good coach and he knows exactly what he wants from his players.
"I spoke to a few people about him before I signed and I got a lot of positive feedback. He has his A Licence badge and I feel that can only help myself.
"I'm looking forward to working a bit more with Kevin and I can't wait to get started with Luton Town." Luton
