Chelsea's Ben Sahar and Mancienne Officially Join QPR on Loan!

Chelsea Football Club has agreed for the loan of youngsters Ben Sahar and Michael Mancienne to Queens Park Rangers.
Mancienne's long term loan with The Hoops will last the entire Championship season, until May 4 2008, while Israel international Sahar, who featured five times as a subsitute last season, will go to Loftus Road on a short term loan until January 2. Chelsea

Queens Park Rangers Football Club are delighted to announce that Chelsea loanee Ben Sahar will stay with the Club until January 2nd 2008.

Speaking exclusively to www.qpr.co.uk, gaffer John Gregory revealed his delight at the news: "We've been able to sign him until the January transfer window.

"It's rather longer than we first anticipated, but we're delighted that Chelsea have given us permission to keep him until then.

"He has already shown us glimpses of his potential in two pre-season friendlies and now we are just looking for him to repeat his goal-scoring prowess in the Championship itself."

As part of the agreement with Chelsea, Sahar is not allowed to play in any Cup matches for the R's.

The teenage hot-shot - who turns 18 tomorrow (Friday) - is in line to make his competitive debut for the R's against Bristol City on Saturday QPR
