- Ex-QPR Adam Bolder on Derby and QPR
- MILLWALL'S former Derby County midfielder Adam Bolder has revealed his regret at leaving the Rams.
Bolder left Pride Park in January 2007 to join Queens Park Rangers for an undisclosed fee.
"Derby was a big part of my career," said Bolder, who made 181 appearances for the Rams, scoring 11 goals.
"I spent seven and a bit years there and it was a big decision to leave.
"Sometimes, looking back, I wish I had stayed.
"At the time, I had 18 months left on my contract and Billy Davies wanted me to stay but I wasn't playing regularly and I needed to be playing.
"Then the chance came up to go to QPR and work with John Gregory again, which was a good opportunity for me.
"I enjoyed my time there but part of me wishes I hadn't left Derby..." Derby Telegraph
