Interest in Buying (or Selling) Lee Cook?

-
Today's Mirror suggests Aston Villa are interested in Lee Cook.
" -ASTON VILLA manager Martin O'Neill wants to land QPR winger Lee Cook. ...John Gregory has confirmed interest in 24-year-old Cook is growing. ...He has been outstanding and I know there are clubs having a look at him. We will always be under pressure if someone comes in with money." Mirror

John Gregory after the WBA games was quoted by The Telegraph: "He's an outstanding player and if someone comes in with a good offer, we will always have to listen," Telegraph

And Chairman Paladini's comments as cited by Ben Koskey in The Kilburn Times
"...I tell you, the asking price is £10m if anyone wants to get Lee Cook...
"There are several clubs after him and we know that people have been scouting him because he's playing so well this season."But I want to make this clear - we persuaded Lee to sign a new contract with us because we want to keep him at the club and it's the same with Martin Rowlands..." Kilburn Times

Last week Gregory was quoted in the Ealing Times on Cook "Lee Cook is exceptionally valuable to us," he said.
"You can see what he can do in the last third of the pitch and Lee just needs to learn that in his own half of the pitch he can't play in the same manner.
"He needs to make sure he keeps the ball. A couple of times he got caught in possession in his own half.
"But he's still a young boy and very inexperienced. We're looking for better things from him but in the last third of the pitch he's very exciting. I think one or two of the big boys are starting to take notice of him so he might be very difficult to hang on to." Ealing Times

Last week, Lee Cook was quoted by the Kilburn Times
"...Cook has blossomed under Gregory and his predecessor, Gary Waddock, and the current Rangers boss admitted on Saturday that the 24-year-old winger might prove 'difficult to hang on to'.
"Everyone wants to do well and play at the highest level - and I want to do that with QPR," Cook declared. Kilburn Times
