- Angelo Balanta has been recalled by Championship side QPR, wwfc.com can confirm.
- The 18-year-old forward spent nearly three months with the Blues and the Colombian was in line to make his last appearance for the club on Tuesday night against Barnet before the game was postponed.
- Balanta has returned to Paulo Sousa's squad because the QPR U21s are flying out for a 10-day tournament in Italy on Saturday 7th February.
- And due to the London club wanting Angelo to be involved in the tournament they decided to invoke the recall clause and end the deal early, which was initially going to finish after the Wanderers' game with Bradford City on Saturday 14th Feb.
- The youngster impressed during his spell with the League Two table toppers and his craft and guile on the ball was supported by three goals. Wycombe

- Angelo Balanta has returned to the Club after the R's activated a 24-hour recall clause within his loan deal at Wycombe Wanderers.
- The 18 year-old, who scored three goals in 11 appearances for the Chairboys, was due to stay with Peter Taylor's outfit until Saturday 14th February, but R's boss Paulo Sousa has opted to recall the player earlier than scheduled.
Balanta is due to be part of the travelling party that will play in the Coppa Carnevale - the most prestigious Under-20 Club tournament in World football - in Italy later this week." QPR
