Ex-QPR Update: Rose and Bircham Injuries

At the match against Millwall at the weekend we picked up another unfortunate injury to Mattie Rose. Mattie has only just got back from his left ankle injury but unfortunately in the first half he fell on his elbow.
He did well to complete the match, however after the match it was very painful for him.
He had an x-ray and scan on Monday which found that he did have a ligament injury so he is currently wearing a brace.
We haven't ruled him out of the match against Bournemouth,but he does return to his specialist on Monday so we will have more information then in order to make a decision.
Marc Bircham trained for the first time today with the full squad after his recovery from his hamstring problems.
It's too early to say when he is going to back playing again however it's another training session under his belt.
