Sunday Mirror - Big Ben's a winner by a head Lindsay Sutton
Striker Ben Burgess left it late to end Blackpool's barren spell - but it was tough on QPR's brilliant keeper Lee Camp. The former Derby County man had pulled off three super saves to keep out the Seasiders, and two of these were from Burgess himself.
As Blackpool boss Simon Grayson admitted: "Time seemed to stand still as Ben headed the ball. I thought it would go wide.
"I had told the players we'd have more chances and Ben made it count.
"We deserved to win, especially after our second-half performance which was outstanding. We got our just rewards."
Rangers' boss Luigi De Canio pointed to the windswept conditions that he claimed favoured the "aggressive" way that Blackpool played.
He admitted: "It is not the performance I expected from my team. I hoped to do better.
"My keeper played well and was unlucky to go home without anything to show for his performance."
What was harder to take for the thousand QPR fans who had travelled to the Arctic North was the fact that Burgess's winner in added time came after defender Chris Barker headed the ball straight to him.
Burgess had time and space enough to then place his header past Camp to give Blackpool only their second win in 14 outings.
Rangers have now gone five without a win, but that is no reflection on Camp.

SUNDAY PEOPLE - BEN'S BEAUTY BREAKS CAMP By Alan Wilson
Ben Burgess hit a last-gasp winner to earn Blackpool a priceless win in the basement battle at Bloomfield Road.
The victory ends the Seasiders' poor run that has left them flirting with relegation and is only their second in 14 games.
The result was tough on QPR keeper Lee Camp who almost earned his side a point with a hat-trick of saves.
"It was really unlucky on the keeper because he deserved at least a point," groaned QPR boss Luigi Di Canio.
"This result was a big blow to us."
Camp pulled off an amazing left-handed point-blank save to deny Burgess midway through the first half when he looked certain to score.
With the visitors restricted to a couple of long-distance drives from Akos Buzsaky, Blackpool continued to look favourites to score.
Qpr again called on the former Derby keeper in the second half when he pulled off another excellent save to deny Andy Morrell.
Camp again denied Burgess in the dying minutes with another closerange save.
But the forward had the last laugh in stoppage time when he finally got his fourth goal of the season with a far-post header after a mistake by QPR's Chris Barker.
"It was a win we deserved," said Blackpool boss Simon Grayson. "We have had a bit of a barren run recently and this was our reward."

BLACKPOOL's MANAGER POST-MATCH COMMENTS - Blackpool Official Site
Larry Praises Players' Belief
Simon Grayson praised the belief of his players after The Seasiders continued to plug away in an effort to take all three points against QPR.
An injury time header from Ben Burgess made sure that those three points went to Pool and Larry was glad to finally see the ball hit the back of the net.
He said: "It was a great relief for everybody and just what we deserved.
"The players showed great determination, drive and character and kept going - they never once let their heads go down when chances went a-miss and they've got that self belief - that's never dwindled since we got promoted and it's full credit to them because they got their just rewards.
"I thought it wasn't going to be our day again but on another side of it, I knew we would get another opportunity and drop again for somebody in the box and luckily Ben was there and got his goal.
"It's obviously a big win for us but I'm not going to get too carried away as I haven't been too low when we've been losing games. We've been playing well enough, the confidence has been there and it's another three points in our campaign of staying up.
"I think it has been a big boost to us because I think psychologically if the players had not got the three points today after dominating another game it would be hard for the players but we got the three points and we go again now ready for Monday night against Scunthorpe, which is another big game for us," added Larry...Blackpool
