Fulham Chronicle/Jacob Murtagh - QPR star set for loan switch
- QPR striker Antonio German is set to join a Football League club on loan.
- Several sides have enquired about the Harlesden-born teenager with 20 appearances and three goals under his belt.
- Rangers boss Neil Warnock said: “I think Antonio will benefit from league games elsewhere for a bit, and he can come back even better.” QPR

Paul Warburton/Fulham Chronicle - QPR boss gives triallist another chance to shine
- NEIL Warnock has told triallist Giorgos Tofas he will get a second chance to earn a deal at QPR.
- The Cypriot midfielder scored for the reserves in a 3-1 defeat at Tottenham this week saw nine players with first team experience in the starting 11.
- The 21-year-old, formerly with AEK Athens, has watched deals with Manchester City and Saturday’s opponents Middlesbrough go down the drain. But the Rangers boss has promised to monitor Tofas over the next week at the training ground.
- Warnock said: “He showed the right attitude and looked a prospect. But we have a number of midfielders, and it would be a question of where to use him if we want to follow it up.” Fulham Chronicle

Fulham Chronicle/Paul Warburton - QPR face forward crisis
- PATRICK Agyemang is being kept in cotton wool ahead of QPR’s home clash with Middlesbrough tomorrow for fear Hoops will be left without any frontline strikers.
- New signing Rob Hulse is already ruled out with an Achilles injury, and boss Neil Warnock is praying there is no problem with Heidar Helguson after the Icelander was taken off during his country’s 1-0 defeat to Denmark on Tuesday.
- The irony is that Warnock added to Rs firepower before the transfer window closed last week – only to see the threat of injuries force him to take evasive action.
- Agyemang was on target in the worthy 2-2 draw at Derby last time out, and would have played in the reserves defeat at Spurs on Tuesday – but his boss wants to make sure he’s not left embarrassed before naming the team for the Boro clash.
- He said: “The last thing I need is to go from three front-line strikers to none if Pat were to get injured.
- “Hopefully, Heidar is OK, but I need to be smart about this.” Fulham Chronicle
