Charlton are winning the race to land Chelsea winger Scott Sinclair on a season-long loan, much to the disappointment of Plymouth.
The Addicks are on the verge of reaching an agreement with the Blues despite interest from a whole host of Championship rivals, including Plymouth who had him on loan last season.
...but it would appear that Blues boss Jose Mourinho has given the green light for him to move to The Valley instead.
The Addicks who have seen a number of transfer targets move elsewhere, made Sinclair a priority and appear to have landed their man. The move means Sinclair will be able to stay in London rather than uproot down to the South Coast. Clubcall
