Trevor Sinclair is Now a Cardiff City Player

Almost a decade after leaving QPR (which shows how long QPR have been out of the Premiership), Trevor Sinclair has returned to this division to join Cardiff.

Former England International Trevor Sinclair completed his move to Cardiff City today (Tuesday, 10th July) and immediately left Ninian Park to catch a flight to Portugal where he will be joining up with the Bluebirds squad. Cardiff City World will be interviewing him on his arrival.

Dulwich-born Trevor, who can operate on either flank, had been with Manchester City since July 2003. He started his career with Blackpool with whom he began as a trainee, signing full professional in August 1990. He moved to Queen's Park Rangers for £750,000 in August 1993 and was there until January 1998 when he was transferred to West Ham United for £2,300,000. He joined Manchester City for £2,500,000 and last season made 21 Premiership and Cup appearances for them.

Trevor has played for England at the following levels - Youth, Under-21 (14 caps), B (1 cap) and Full (12 caps). He will take squad number 18

Of the capture Peter Ridsdale said: "We are delighted to add Trevor to the squad. He is a former England International and has experience at the top level, which is important to us.
