Tottenham goalkeeper Radek Cerny has claimed that Queens Park Rangers are about to sign him on a two-year deal.
The Czech Republic international recently said that he had been made no offer by The Lilywhites to renew his contract, and with his current deal expiring in the summer he had become resigned to finding a new club.
Now the 34-year-old has told Czech television that he will be joining QPR for the start of next season, where a deal is prepared for him to sign.
"As far as I know, they have prepared a two-year deal for me there," Cerny told Czech television station Nova.
"I want to help Queens Park Rangers gain promotion to The Premier League."
Having initially joined Spurs from Slavia Prague on loan in January 2005, Cerny played second fiddle to Paul Robinson for a long time before finally displacing the England international earlier this season, and has made 19 appearances in all competitions this campaign. Setanta

He admitted last month that he did not expect to stay at Spurs beyond the end of the season after once again falling behind Paul Robinson in the pecking order.
Cerny is now closing in on a switch to Loftus Road and is excited about the challenge of trying to help them win promotion.
"As far as I know, they have prepared a two-year deal for me there," Cerny told Czech television station Nova.
