"The Little Book of QPR" - Out Today

As I initially learned from a QPR messageboard, scheduled for publication today is: The Little Book of Queens Park Rangers by David Clayton . It may not be the deepest book ever written about football, but hopefully it will be a nice addition to the not-that-large QPR Library.

About The Little Book of QPR

Little Book of QPR is a 128-page hardback book written by David Clayton charting the history of Queens Park Rangers. Featuring player profiles of managers, players and historic moments throughout the hoops' illustrious past this fantastic Little Book is packed full of triva, facts and illustrations. From Rodney Marsh, Stan Bowles through to Les Ferdinand it will bring back memories of great times past but also touch on the great future the club have under new ownership.

From the Back Cover
From St Jude’s to Queens Park Rangers, from Welford’s Fields to Loftus Road – The Little Book of QPR is an entertaining A-Z trawl through the club’s history and includes mini-biographies on many of the R’s favourite players including Rodney Marsh, Stan Bowles, Gerry Francis, Danny Shittu, Kevin Gallen, Dave Clement, Tony Currie, Akos Buzsaky and Les Ferdinand – to name just a few. Great managers, a potted history of QPR’s famous kit, the story of how the club arrived at Loftus Road, the League Cup triumph and the FA Cup heartache – this is a book no self-respecting Rangers fan should be without."
