Queens Park Rangers Football Club are pleased to confirm the signing of Birmingham City front-man Rowan Vine.
The 25 year-old striker, who spent three months on loan in W12 earlier this season, has penned a four-and-a-half year contract with the R's, after the two Clubs agreed an undisclosed fee for his services.
"As soon as I was informed that a permanent deal could be on the cards, I was absolutely delighted," Vine told www.qpr.co.uk.
"I thoroughly enjoyed my loan spell here and in the first few days of the transfer window, the Club have made their intentions clear, with the quality they have already brought in.
"This is clearly the place to be and when you see six or seven new players come through the door so quickly, you know the people at the very top mean business.
"After my first month here, Flavio Briatore spoke to me and said they were keen to make the deal a permanent one. He told me that he wants to build a big project to get into the Premiership and he wanted me to be involved."
Vine warned against complacency though, adding: "The lads aren't talking about promotion just yet. We went through a very bad spell of luck, but hopefully we've come out of that now.
"We will always be positive and we've all seen what Crystal Palace and Sunderland have done in the past.
"People look at our squad now and they've every right to be fearful. Our mentality is to really kick on and go for it."
Vine, who scored three goals during his initial loan spell at Loftus Road, will wear the number 26 shirt. QPR

Midfielder Rowan Vine has today left Blues to join Championship side Queens Park Rangers on a four-and-a-half year deal.
The fee for the 25-year-old is £1m.
Vine finished a successful loan spell with the R's on January 1.
During his two month stint with Luigi De Canio's side he made 18 appearances and scored three goals.
Vine's career with Blues began in January 2007 when he was signed from Luton Town for an undisclosed fee by former Blues boss Steve Bruce.
Rowan Vine scoring his only goal for Blues against Derby County in March 2007.
However he found his chances limited at St. Andrew's and made just 19 appearances over the past year, scoring one goal.
But that goal was crucial as it came in a 1-0 win against fellow promotion contenders Derby County at St. Andrew's last March.
At the end of the 2006/07 season Derby finished just two points behind Blues in a 3rd place play-off spot. Birmingham

After a successful loan spell in W12, Queens Park Rangers completed the signing of Birmingham City front-man Rowan Vine at the start of the 2008 January transfer window.
Vine joined Birmingham from fellow Championship side Luton Town in January 2007, for a substantial, but undisclosed fee.
During his time at St Andrews, Vine - whose former Clubs also include Colchester, Portsmouth and Brentford - was used sparingly, making just 19 appearances and scoring one goal.
Vine, who scored three goals during his initial loan spell at Loftus Road, as well as providing a hatful of assists, has been handed the number 26 shirt. QPR

Queens Park Rangers have completed the signing of striker Rowan Vine from Birmingham City for around £1m.
Vine, 25, impressed during a recent loan spell at Rangers and has agreed a four-and-a-half-year contract.
Left-sided player Sebastian Rusculleda, 22, is also expected to join the R's this week from Argentine club Tigre.
And QPR have been trying to sign ex-Aston Villa and Wolves goalkeeper Stefan Postma, who is currently with Dutch side ADO Den Haag. BBC
