City hand a debut to transfer deadline day signing Dele Adebola at QPR.
The big striker replaces Lee Trundle in the starting eleven, who has been left out of the 16 after suffering with a mouth abcess.
It is the only change made by City boss Gary Johnson for the game at Loftus Road.
