Yeovil - Latest From The Treatment Room
Jim Joyce has had a busy week in his treatment room, in an effort to get as many players as possible fit in time for the Play-off Semi Final match this weekend with Nottingham Forest, and beyond.
This week the Yeovil Physio talks about the fight for fitness by both Matty Rose and Terry Skiverton for the play-offs....
Matty Rose - Fight for fitness
Matty Rose has been making good progress this week, but has still struggled for full fitness, and unfortunately will probably not make the big game.
"It has been quite a busy week here since the Gillingham game," Jim said.
"Matty has been running and he can sprint, but he has still got an ache in his calf, which is why he hasn't taken part in full training today.
"We need to assess him tomorrow to see whether it is worth the risk of playing him tomorrow night.
"You have to bear in mind that it has been almost three weeks since he was injured.
"He has made reasonable progress, but whether he is absolutely ready to go back into first team action, we will have to assess tomorrow." Yeovil
