The League One nominations are Simon Grayson (Blackpool), Roberto Martinez (Swansea), John Ward (Cheltenham Town) and Colin Calderwood (Nottingham Forest).

The League Two nominations are Richard Money (Walsall), Paul Sturrock (Swindon), Paul Trollope (Bristol Rovers) and John Coleman (Accrington).
