Strachan - two more friendly matches.
POSH AND RANGERS TESTS FOR CELTIC
Celtic will face Peterborough and QPR on a short trip to England midway through their pre-season campaign.
They will face Peterborough at London Road on Friday, July 13, before taking on QPR on Sunday, July 15 at Loftus Road.
The Peterborough trip sees the prospect of Gordon Strachan sitting in the opposite dugout to Darren Ferguson, the Posh manager and son of Sir Alex Ferguson, with whom the Celtic boss has had a strained relationship.
Celtic confirmed the rest of their fixtures, with matches against FC Basle (July 5) and Young Boys of Berne (July 7) arranged in Switzerland, and the games against MLS All-Stars (July 19) and Chicago Fire (July 22) confirmed in the United States.
Without a home friendly arranged, the closest match to home will be the July 26 clash with Sam Allardyce's Newcastle at St James' Park. Sporting Life
