QPR vs Brentford Pre-Season Friendly Cancelled

The R's proposed pre-season friendly fixture against Brentford has today (Friday) been cancelled.
As supporters will be aware, as part of our pre-season friendly schedule, a match had been arranged for Saturday 4th August with our neighbours from Griffin Park.
However, having taken police advice, and in consideration of the subsequent police costs applied, Brentford have made a decision not to go ahead with this fixture.
Further details of the R's pre-season friendlies will be available in due course. QPR

FRIENDLY UPDATE
As supporters will be aware, as part of our pre-season friendly schedule, a match had been arranged with our neighbours Queens Park Rangers at Griffin Park for Saturday 4th August.
Having taken police advice, and in consideration of the subsequent police costs applied, the decision has been made not to go ahead with this fixture.
We are however pleased to announce that instead we will be playing host to Championship Play Off contenders Southampton on that day with a 3pm kick off.
