FOOTBALL AID
It is something most fans can only ever dream of - becoming a professional footballer. But thanks to Queens Park Rangers FC and Football Aid, that dream is about to become an amazing reality...
QPR have teamed up with fundraising organisation, Football Aid - who raise money for a wide range of charities, locally and nationally, by hosting events at the UK's top Clubs - to give fans of all ages, shapes and sizes, the chance to fulfil a dream and sample the typical match-day experience of the stars they pay to watch every week.
From seeing your shirt hanging up in the changing room, to your first steps on the hallowed turf, you can experience just what it is like to pull on the jersey and play a game of heart pumping football for the Club you love.
As well as proudly sporting your Club's colours, you also have the chance to play alongside your heroes.
Speaking after making his Football Aid debut, Michael Brown said: "I can honestly say that I was looking forward to the day and expected to enjoy myself. However, I found the experience a whole lot more than that - it is a memory that will live with me forever, a once in a lifetime experience. An absolutely great day and I can genuinely recommend it to anyone interested in competing next year."
Positions in this unique event - which will take place at the end of the current season - are available to Buy Now at www.footballaid.com and funds raised from the game will be split between Football Aid's parent charity, Field of Dreams, towards diabetes research, education and management projects and to a charity nominated for funding by QPR.
