Managerial Suggestions from Rowan Vine and Stan Collymore

Mirror - Vine: Give Harford a Chance
Rowan Vine believes Mick Harford is the man to drag QPR out of trouble.
Tonight's must-win clash with Norwich is expected to be caretaker-boss Harford's last at the helm, with Glenn Roeder, Gianluca Vialli and Martin Allen all linked with the Rangers post.
Harford stepped in as a stop-gap after John Gregory was sacked, and a 4-2 defeat at Colchester in his first match didn't help the 48-year-old's cause, even though Vine scored on his debut on loan from Birmingham City.
But Vine urged Formula One chiefs Flavio Briatore and Bernie Eccelstone to think long and hard before snubbing Harford.
Vine, 25, said: "I know Mick well after working with him when he was a coach at Luton. I'd be confident Mick could steer QPR away from trouble."
Struggling Norwich boss Peter Grant has doubts over Gary Doherty, Adam Drury and Jamie Cureton.

Mirror - Stan Collymore - RANGERS NEED A JEWELL
John Gregory is as good a coach as anyone I have worked with in terms of his knowledge of the game. In terms of handling top players, however, he does not fare so favourably.
During my time at Villa he fell out with Dwight Yorke, Mark Bosnich, Ugo Ehiogu and Gareth Southgate, all of whom left, to an extent because of him.
Yes, Gregory (right) saved QPR from relegation but going on results, the players' support for him was not being translated to the pitch and no boss can expect to stay in his job after losing 5-1 to West Brom.
I am not sure Gianluca Vialli is the right man. I don't think he has enough of a grasp of the market place or knowledge of the lower leagues to rebuild QPR. Paul Jewell would be a good bet if he could do the job on his terms. Mirror
