Previewing QPR vs Burnley

-
QPR play Burnley at Loftus Road on Saturday: QPR having lost away to Manchester United; Burnley having won at Chelsea (a good place to win!). Obviously QPR are hoping that the win distracts Burnley rather than gives them an additional boost of confidence!

5th placed Burnley have an away record of 2 wins, 3 draws, 3 defeats. (QPR's home record is 6 wins 1 draw, 1 defeat), so at least on paper, QPR have a reasonable chance of a win (lack of strikers, notwithstanding). Current Table --- Burnley Results --- Burnley's Squad

The two clubs were both promoted together in 1972/73 (Burnley as Champions). The two biggest players in common: Dave Thomas and Leighton James. Burnley currently have Clarke Carlise in their squad.
